A dad from the region has taken part in a charity cycle ride last weekend to raise money for two fantastic causes.
Paul Harrison from Redcar set off from Westgarth Primary School in Marske and cycled to the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle, stopping at James Cook University Hospital along the way to thank the staff for care of his son Josh who was ill during the summer.
As well as riding in support of the treatment that his son had received, Paul is also riding in support of brave youngster Enna Stephens from Marske who is recovering from a brain tumour.
Paul is aiming to raise £1,000 both for The Sick Children's Trust and for James Cook Hospital.
